On 19th February 2025, the ECORES WIND Project proudly took part in the CINEA (European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency) Cluster Workshop for Wind Energy Projects, held in Brussels.
Representing ECORES WIND, Dr. Aitziber Iturmendi, GAIKER, coordinator of the project, participated in this key event, which gathered representatives from 29 Horizon Europe wind energy initiatives. The workshop served as a valuable platform to explore synergies across projects and stay informed on the latest policy developments shaping the future of wind energy in Europe.
This collaborative space offered an excellent opportunity to network and share insights with other consortium members, all united by a shared mission: enhancing the performance and sustainability of wind energy. These workshops play a vital role in driving cooperation and innovation across the sector.
As a result of the event, ECORES WIND has initiated promising collaborations with several sister projects, including BLADE2CIRC (coordinated by Aitiip), EOLIAN (coordinated by Proplast), and REWIND (coordinated by AIMPLAS).
